All NH Recycles Members are cordially invited to join the trustees and staff of NH Recycles for the Annual Meeting and Luncheon on Monday, November 17th from Noon - 2pm at the Puritan Backroom Restaurant.
NH Recycles is your organization, so please plan to attend or send a representative in your place.

VOTING DETAILS:
Each Municipal Member is entitled to one vote, but you may register as many representatives to attend as you wish.
For each Municipal Member, the voting representative can be one of the following municipal positions: Transfer Station Manager or Operator; Town Administrator or Manager; or a Select Board Member.
If more than one of these individuals attends the Annual Meeting, the municipality must inform NH Recycles before the meeting begins which person will serve as the designated voting representative.
We welcome and encourage participation by Associate Members, though they do not have voting privileges.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Attendance of the NH Recycles Annual Meeting will count as 2 hours of continuing professional development credit for the NH DES Solid Waste Operator Certification. To obtain your credit, you must attend for the entire session.

![]() | David Piragis David Piragis brings over 15 years of recycling industry experience, beginning in purchasing and sales. Since joining The Newark Group (now Greif) in 2014, he has held key operational and leadership roles—including GM of Greif’s Salem, MA plant—and has supported fiber procurement for recycled board production, giving him deep insight into both daily operations and strategic industry challenges. |
Today, David serves as General Manager at Greif Recycling and is also deeply engaged in industry leadership and advocacy. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Paper Stock Industries (PSI) chapter of the Recycled Materials Association (ReMA) and the Eastern Paper Mill and Suppliers Association, where he helps shape policy and promote sustainable practices across the recycling sector. Murray Cruickshank Murray founded Rayan Environmental Solutions in Moncton in 1989 as Rayan Investments Ltd. The company is the only glass processor in Atlantic Canada, having partnered with Alcool NB Liquor in 1992 (under the Beverage Containers Act) to manage all non-refillable, deposit-bearing empty alcoholic beverage containers returned through the various redemption centers around the province. Rayan has processed hundreds of millions of containers made from glass, aluminum, and plastic. While recycling is the company’s core business, it is also involved in the recycling of scrap steel and precious metals as well as operating its own fleet of trucks. | |
