Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, values sustainability, and takes pride in hands-on work that supports your community? The Town of Henniker is looking for a Part-Time Attendant/Laborer to join their dedicated team! This job has flexible part-time hours including paid time-off.
Candidates must...
- Be a team player with a positive attitude, strong communication and customer service skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Be at least 18 years old and physically fit for the role.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have a valid NH driver's license and NH Solid Waste Operator License (or willingness to obtain).
Job responsibilities:
- Assist with recycling and waste management operations.
- Maintain town parks and public buildings.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to residents.
- Operate a variety of equipment.
- Perform manual labor such as lifting, landscaping, and maintenance.
- Be available for emergency call-outs when needed.
