2026 Recycling Conference Exhibitors

Exhibit Booth Locations
All booths are 6’ x 10’. Booths include a table, 2 chairs, and internet access. Conference registrations, which include breakfast and lunch, are provided with each booth and are dependent on Sponsorship or Exhibitor level.
PREMIUM booths (in YELLOW) are reserved on a first-come basis for Diamond and Platinum Sponsors ONLY.
PRIME booths (in GREEN) are reserved on a first-come basis for Gold Sponsors ONLY.
STANDARD booths (in PURPLE) are reserved on a first-come basis for Silver Sponsors. Exhibitor-only booths will be assigned as available.
Exhibit Booth Setup & Breakdown Details
Exhibitor Set Up: Sunday, May 17 from 3:00 to 6:00pm. If you are truly unable to set up on Sunday, you can set up on Monday morning between 6:30 to 7:30am.
Please set up your booth before the Exhibitor Hall opens on Monday morning at 8:15 am - our attendees like to arrive EARLY!
Exhibitor Break Down: Breakdown of booths will occur Monday May 18 between 3:30 to 4:30pm. Thank you for your cooperation.

Exhibitors may ship their booth ahead of time to the Grappone Conference Center to:

Please note the name of the event, "NH Recycles 2026 Recycling Conference" - your booth box will be held in Jodi's office until your arrival. It will not be set up for you.
Exhibit Hall Hours
The exhibit hall is open to conference attendees from 8:15am to 3:30pm. We have scheduled three networking breaks (8:15-9am, 10-10:45am, and 2-2:30pm) and an open lunch period - with no keynote speaker this year - to allow the maximum amount of time for attendees to network with one another and meet with exhibitors.
As an exhibitor, you are welcome to attend whatever workshops you would like. However, to maximize your opportunities to meet attendees, please have someone at your booth during all scheduled refreshment breaks and dedicated exhibit hall times.
Interacting With Attendees
Each exhibitor will receive a name and affiliation-only attendee list - it is NH Recycles' policy not to share attendee contact information.
To encourage attendees to visit your booth, all attendees will receive a “Talk To” ticket. They will come to your booth and ask you to sign their cards when you talk to them. You will be provided with a special purple pen to use for signing these cards. During the final networking break in the afternoon, attendees who have gathered at least 12 signatures on their cards can place them in the box at registration to be entered in a drawing to win a prize.
The "Talk To" ticket also includes a box for attendees to vote on their favorite exhibit booth! The winner gets all the bragging rights and a commemorative certificate.
