North Country Operator Complimentary Registration

How It Works

Each eligible municipality may register up to four attendees at no cost for the one-day 2026 Recycling Conference.

If your facility serves multiple eligible towns, each town represented by the facility may receive up to four complimentary registrations.

Additional attendees beyond the four complimentary registrations may register at the current additional attendee rate.

Travel & Lodging Support

In addition to complimentary registration, eligible towns may receive travel and lodging support:

Travel Stipend

Each participating town will receive a $175 travel stipend, paid to the municipality following the conference. Carpooling is encouraged when possible.

Hotel Accommodations

Each eligible town may receive up to four hotel rooms for one night in connection with the conference.

NH Recycles will reserve and cover the cost of the hotel room(s). Please indicate on the registration form if lodging is needed for Sunday, May 17.

Important Information

Attendance should be coordinated through your Transfer Station Manager or Public Works Director. They will determine how many representatives from your town will attend.

If your town is not listed above, this opportunity is limited to grant-eligible municipalities. You are welcome to register through the conference registration page at the current rate.
