Stacey graduated magna cum laude from Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in Business Administration. She worked for Lakes Region General Hospital for 15 years where she specialized in Medicare billing and eventually began managing one of its larger family health practices. When her youngest son was born with complex medical issues, Stacey took time off from her career to focus on raising her young boys, both of whom have autism.
In 2013, Stacey re-joined the workforce when she accepted the position of Clerical Assistant at NH Recycles (then the Northeast Resource Recovery Association). Within a year, she was offered the position of Administrative Manager. She quickly became very familiar with the organization’s cooperative marketing program, particularly the logistics of marketing and moving Member materials to vendors. Under Stacey’s management, the NH Recycles' Logistics department was born. This allowed the Member Services department to spend more time helping its members with technical assistance and training. Additionally, during her 11 years of service, Stacey planned and facilitated 10 conferences, 10 Annual Meetings and a plethora of trainings, workshops, bus tours, and meetings.
Though she very much enjoyed her work with NH Recycles (NRRA), Stacey felt it was time to explore another area of personal interest, the rights and protection of individuals with disabilities so in 2024, she accepted a position at the Disability Rights Center – NH. Stacey is a strong advocate for organ and tissue donation and has spoken at local and regional events to promote awareness and dispel myths regarding becoming an organ donor. In her spare time, Stacey enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
