All sponsorships include an exhibit booth. Some sponsors opt to decline an exhibit booth and still enjoy the other benefits of being a sponsor. The sponsorship levels remain the same whether a sponsor uses a booth or not.

Increase Your Engagement
“Talk-To” Tickets
Attendees collect exhibitor signatures for a prize drawing—driving intentional booth visits and conversations. Tickets are entered into a drawing based on the number of exhibitor signatures collected. One winner receives a cash prize.
Host a Game
Attract attention and encourage interaction with a simple booth game, such as a “guess the weight” challenge tied to your products or services. Share a photo of a bale of material or piece of equipment related to your business, collect guesses on raffle tickets, and award a prize.
Best Booth Award
Attendees vote for their favorite booth using their “Talk-To” tickets. The Best Booth Award winner is announced at the end of the conference.
Hotel Accommodations
We encourage sponsors and exhibitors to stay at the Grappone Conference Center’s on-site hotel, the Concord Courtyard by Marriott. The hotel is conveniently located just off Interstate 93 in Concord, minutes from the NH State Capitol, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Registration Policies & Requirements
Registration
Do you represent a business? Private, for-profit businesses must register as exhibitors or sponsors for their representatives to attend the conference. This policy is designed to respect the commitment made by conference sponsors and exhibits and prevent private business representatives from attending the conference to solicit business without making a similar commitment. Prospective new sponsors or exhibitors may attend one conference as attendees-only with prior approval from the executive director.
Registration Deadline
Be sure to register by the deadline! Same-day registration and walk-ins are not permitted at the conference.
Sponsors and Exhibitor Requirements
Does your business market recyclables covered by the scope of NH Recycles’ cooperative marketing programs? If so, you must be an approved vendor of NH Recycles to participate in the conference as a sponsor or exhibitor. Interested in joining our cooperative marketing programs?
